The former post office site in the centre of Oxford was a sensitive location due to its Conservation Area status and adjacent neighbours, which included listed buildings and a church. Further to detailed negotiations with Oxford City Council, planning was obtained on the one acre site for the demolition of the post office and redevelopment of 90, one and two bedroom apartments in a three and four storey courtyard block.
