A four storey 1970s office building totalling 30,000 sq ft was acquired unconditionally by Linden Homes. The site is set in a Conservation Area and totals 0.5 acres in the heart of the town centre. Further to various consultations with the London Borough of Hammersmith and other interested groups, planning was granted nine months after purchase for the redevelopment of 67, one, two and three bedroom apartments, with associated parking and affordable housing, then enhanced to 81 one, two and three bedroom apartments. The scheme is now complete.
