Simons Developments and Linden Homes redeveloped a mixed use scheme of retail, leisure and residential in the heart of Witneys town centre. The site was formerly a Council yard and car park and was a sensitive scheme due to the proximity to Listed building, Conservation Area and busy location. The scheme includes a new cinema, restaurants and shops plus 140 one and two bedroom apartments, with multi storey car park.
