Unconditional acquisition of a former maltings with offices on the edge of Wallingford Town, Oxfordshire. The 10 acre site did not benefit from permission for redevelopment and was sensitive due to mixed surroundings including open countryside, recreational railway and housing. In addition to obtaining planning permission for 145 private and affordable dwellings problems relating to telecommunication ariels and rights of way were successfully concluded.
