A detached bungalow in Valley Road located between Streatham High Road and Streatham Common was acquired unconditionally by Axiom for redevelopment.

The site did not benefit from planning permission and further to pre-application consultations with the London Borough of Lambeth and surrounding neighbours, an application was submitted for its demolition and redevelopment. Planning has since been secured for a residential scheme comprising five apartments. Construction is now underway.
